Our scope of work included conducting a Detailed Condition Assessment of the existing unitized curtain wall system, where water leakage had been reported. The assessment consisted of performing field inspections and water testing to identify deficiencies, determine the causes of leaks, and document the overall condition of the curtain wall assembly.
