Our scope included participating in preinstallation meetings with project stakeholders to review preparedness, critical components, schedules, submittals, and respond to RFIs. Additionally, R Cladding performed weekly field inspections of the building envelope installation, documented any deviations, monitored corrective actions, and issued reports confirming compliance with approved plans and permit documents.
